I used to be able to make calls on both Wi-Fi and on my cells data network. I recently updated the app and it now only allows me to make calls while on a WiFi network.

I am using net talk service from last two years. Surprised to see downgraded service. Unable to make any international prepaid calls. Tried to reach busy customers support only chat line. Never was able to speak any one over phone! No one helps... feels like money got stuck. I feel like helpless

This is very useful and in my opinion way better than Skype. Being able to earn long distance calls is really amazing considering it's also a mobile voip. The graphics and interface is very well designed and I like the sign up process. Overall it's very useful for anyone seeking a long distance voip as I have been.

No free calling, offers for calls don't work

I decided to give it a try by buying the duo wifi adapter with three months calling included. After 3 months, it will cost almost 50$ for 1 year instead there advertising price which is $39. Magic jack renewal is cheaper and i personally found less lag between conversations. I am giving them one 1 star because I expected$39 as there advertised price but $50? Stay away!!

The App will not open on my iphone 4.

Sound not good any time break the service never resolved service.. service not good and se I'm call back never call..and not back your money....i fever give -00000 star

This used to be my go to calling app, but with the latest updates all it does is crash as soon as I open it. I've tried deleting and reinstalling several times to see if I could get it working again. As a Nettalk Duo customer I was really excited about the expanding features, but the features are worthless if they can't get the app running properly. Great ideas, poorly executed.

Works very well on IPad but for the life of me, I can't log in on my iPhone. Fix it!

Latest Update is useless.. App is crashing on iPhone 4 (IOS 7).. Useless and Lazy Developer never test before release.. It's working in iPhone 5s.. Earn credit via "TapJoy" another useless company.. Very less video to earn credits.. Totally It's a waste apps since already many Good Apps in App Store

This is an awesome app...i can dial out and receive calls. However, you can enter extension after the call is connected 😥

Great that I can use my DUO with my mobile but incoming calls do not ring and I constantly miss calls. Also, many times callers get immediately hung up on by the system just because I don't have the app open. This is bad because I cannot predict when others are going to call me. Finally, even as a paying and subscribed customer I still have to see those ads. Please fix.

If the app is out when you receive the call your call is forwarded to voicemail. And when you have some time the app resident aprox. 2 or 3 hours, all the revived call are forwarded to voicemail also. Instead with Magicjack and whistle perfectly

This app is now great. Not just for my International calling but now I can Go Mobile with my netTALK DUO at home. Now that my app is synced to my DUO I never miss a call. Very affordable solution. Thank you.

Highly recommended. The best one out there.

If your contacts use the standard "+" for international dialing then you can't use this app with your contacts and instead have to dial manually. Support is non existent but what can you expect for the low price of the service. Overall, pretty good.

No problem making calls after linking to my DUO. However, the app has to be running in the foreground to receive DUO incoming calls. I hope it's bug, and to be fixed soon.

This app require an account of phone number to used, or you got to pay to use. i use magic jack for years work perfect longs i have good internet service, i don’t have to pay a penny. I have for 3 minutes on my phone, good job on the app.
