Im a paying customer of the Nettalk Duo. It has not been working for 4 weeks now and Nettalk has not responded to my report of no service. This lack of service has occurred multiple times and once they unilaterally changed my phone number without my approval.
Nettalk is not providing me with VoIP service that Ive paid for.
Is this company serious about staying in business? Had I known their lack of service execution I would never have dealt with this company.
Now Nettalk has disabled my Nettalk App account.
Nettalk does not provide consistent reliable service. Its only a matter of time that I expect theyll stop operating as a business.
