If you are having trouble logging in - remember that you need to set up a separate user name on the company website, in the Smartphone app section. It will not work with your standard account user name + password. I can access my normal phonebook as well.
As this was an upgrade, I think that I should not have had to re-enter my old account information though (ID and password), it seems to have lost it in the upgrade.
