Annoying to sign up not clean and easy .. Made a new acct the app drops ... Deleted right away.

Ive been a customer for several years. Works less than 10% of the time. Tried to log in from app today and wont let me log in yet I log in from computer without a problem. Im sorry I ever purchased the Duo.

The previous version worked with my Nettalk Duo account login, but not this one. I had to create a separate login/password. I purchased credit for international calls with my Nettalk Duo account to use both with my home phone and mobile but I cant even user them here. I would have to buy other credits to use the mobile app. Sent a ticket to tech support and no answer after 3 weeks. Totally disappointing.

Doesnt even run anymore.

The app is piece of junk!!

Rate checking doesnt have to be complicated. Dont need to type in a number to check. Wasting time. Fix it.

Fongo is far superior and is FREE to make local calls. Even overseas.

When they started up, netTALK offered free, unlimited calling to Canada and US numbers. With the recent updates, they silently discontinued that, requiring credit to be purchased, and charging around 3¢/minute for calls. They counter that by now offering an inbound number for free, but I really have no need for an additional phone number - it was just convenient to be able to have an emergency backup for outbound phone calling in the past. Too bad that is no longer the case.

Says it offers free calls to USA and Canada , that is not true you need credits. They lie in the description. I am tired of lying apps, saying they offer something when in actuality they dont , people that lie about their apps saying they are free should be removed from App Store ASAP !!

Apple should give us the option to give a zero star.. This app is a total failure.. For the second time, i fall in the trap & here i feel regret again.. Dont bother downloading this stupid app

I would pay attention to the negative reviews, theyre spot on. I signed up because of the promo where you can get 10 years of free service, plus free device (duo) + free overnight shipping. However, these folks want your device phone number and who knows if the contest is even legit. I agree, use Fongo instead. Theres also Textplus too, but you have to earn or buy credits with the latter.

Get rid of the "string" word that appears everywhere...

This is NOT the app u wanna get, I wanted to so I downloaded it. On both my devices, it asked for my contacts, I pressed the yes button then it glitched on both, I tried over and over clicking the app, and even restarting, I think this apps just wants to take your contacts..... Watch out.

Keeps crashing and if you finally do get it to work it fails to notify you that somebody is calling and then also fails to notify you that someone has called - just nothing, silence.

I tried to make call and it got connected to nowhere but it charged me!!!! the app does not work at all!

App will not start since todays update, goes to a black screen and then crashes.

The latest version crashes on launch on iPhone 4s. Dont update until it is fixed.
