If you are having trouble logging in - remember that you need to set up a separate user name on the company website, in the Smartphone app section. It will not work with your standard account user name + password. I can access my normal phonebook as well. As this was an upgrade, I think that I should not have had to re-enter my old account information though (ID and password), it seems to have lost it in the upgrade.
It was hard to set up, I did,t known how it work, but when it work, perfect, love this app.
If I call someones regular cellphone via netTALK, will she need to pay for her incoming call?
This is very useful and in my opinion way better than Skype. Being able to earn long distance calls is really amazing considering its also a mobile voip. The graphics and interface is very well designed and I like the sign up process. Overall its very useful for anyone seeking a long distance voip as I have been.
CONNECT Talk for DUO: VoIP Service for Free Unlimited Long Distance Calls is a interesting free calling app. I have several different app as like mobile voip, free international calling etc but this is the only one i used all time. When I download this app I can easily make free worldwide call on my friends. This app is really awesome because free unlimited long distance calls. I highly recommend this app. thanks for share this app.
This app provides mobile voip that enables the user to do long distant calls from the device, which is pretty cool.

Some bad moments

Even before iOS6, the app would crash without notice during a conversation. Now with iOS6 and nettalk latest update, i cant even log in to make a call. Useless app....
Used to be good, could make as many 30 min. calls as wanted. Now you are limited to only 50 min.in a month. Lame
We have been using NetTalk Duo for two years with no problems. The NetTalk app, however, doesnt work....not for me anyway. I tried calling several different numbers and none of them would go through. I have deleted the app.
Extremely difficult to set up. Tried many times, but no success.
The old version of this app worked great but it hasnt worked for me on iOS6....ever!
No more alerts ever since I upgrade to io7. Can dial out only.
